" I love to work with people who are eager to make positive changes in their lives and are ready and willing to take healthy steps in that direction.
I like to use an integrative approach along with traditional methods and enjoy working with people who share this perspective." |
I have a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University,
Following 4 years in the General Practice Training Program, I attained Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practice FRACGP and have worked full time for over 25 years in General Practice with a focus on women’s health. In 1991 I obtained my Diploma in Obstetrics from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists DRANZCOG. This enables me to share in the antenatal care of pregnant women with the Public Hospital system. For 15 years I regularly assisted in surgery with some of Melbourne’s top infertility specialists to help women overcome fertility issues. In 2009 I was appointed GP Adviser to Monash IVF. |
I am registered with Medicare as a provider of Focused Psychological Strategies, having completed the Mental Health Skills Training Level 1 & 2, accredited by the General Practice Mental Health Standards Collaboration.
As a Graduate of the Foundation for Holistic Life Coaching, I was personally trained and mentored by Alan Cohen, internationally renowned best selling author of over 25 self help books and contributor to the 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' series. I also have an Aesthetic Medicine practice which I began in 2006, as an extension of my passion to assist people in a positive way.
